Open house – Saturday January 16, 2010 – 1:00pm to 4:00pm Come with your family, sample our products, and tour our facility. Flurer Smokery Ltd. is locally owned and operated by Brian and Kelly Flurer. Flurer smoker Ltd. is a state of the art fish smoking facility that specializes in the highest quality hot smoked salmon products. Flurer Smokery Ltd. uses ONLY the highest quality (premium) salmon. Flurer Smokery Ltd. provides wholesale and custom fish smoking services. Products include fillets, chunks and jerky. Flavors include original, peppered, candied, and teriyaki.
Flurer Smokery Ltd is located in Campbell River, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada Our estimated level of production is approximately 30,000 – 40,000 pounds per month. We currently have 10 employees with the intention of having enough production to employ 100 people.
At this time, Flurer Smokery Ltd. is provincially certified and is in the process of receiving federal registration. Flurer Smokery Ltd. is using an ISO 22000 format and in the near future will obtain HACCP and ISO 22000 certification. Flurer Smokery Ltd also has a certified legal scale and tracking system on premises.

Our goal is to be a major supplier to global distributors, grocery stores, gourmet deli’s, fine catering, gourmet restaurants, and the public. Flurer Smokery Ltd. is committed to providing the West Coast flavor to the world market with food safety being our foremost and highest priority.

Flurer Smokery Ltd. is committed to the environment by recycling all plastic, cardboard and fish waste used in the plant. No Styrofoam boxes are used in the packaging of our products. Flurer Smokery Ltd. provides employment and contributes to the economy.
